By guiding clients through the onboarding process, they help drive early adoption, and reduce churn. Their role ensures that customers quickly see value in your offering; leading to higher retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
- Set up client accounts and configurations
- Provide training and educational resources
- Address initial client questions and concerns
- Monitor onboarding progress and engagement
- Gather client feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding
- Identify early signs of client dissatisfaction
- Document processes and best practices for onboarding
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of customer success and retention strategies
- Proficiency in CRM and onboarding tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight)
- Experience providing training and support to clients
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues
- Data-driven mindset to track onboarding progress and engagement
- Familiarity with SaaS, software implementation, or account setup processes
- Ability to collaborate with sales, support, and product teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in client relations, customer support, or account management
